This course is informed by the principles of Neuroplasticity, Internal Family Systems, Play therapy and Attachment theory.
Are there any explicit images or nudity as part of this course?
There will be pictures of nude people (no genitals) and images of Shibari (Japanese rope/bondage art, i.e. people being restrained, similar to the image in the flyer). Due to the nature of the topic, there will be conversations about childhood trauma, but nothing in detail, just general references.
